I take commissions for 3 types of illustrations!
Commissions via the form linked at the end of this page are preferred. DMs through Instagram are acceptable for simple commissions.

- TERMS OF SERVICE -

GENERAL
1) I have the right to decline or cancel/refund a commission for any reason.
2) After submitting the form, I'll contact you to inform you whether I can do your commission or not.
3) You will pay upfront if your commission is accepted.
4) Commissions by me are for personal use only.
5) Commissions by me cannot be used for AI training or be sold as NFTs.
6) All uses of a commission must have proper credit to me (@SailorChips).
7) If you would like your commission to NOT be posted online for any reason, please note this in your form submission.
8) Commissions will be sent as .PNG file(s) via your preferred method (email is suggested for higher quality)COMPLETION TIME & REFUNDS
9) Commissions are usually completed within 1–2 weeks; at max 1 month.
10) Commissions that are not completed within 1 month can either be refunded* or continued upon request. (Exception to the 1-month rule: complex/multi-file commissions.)
11) *Full refunds only apply to commissions with little to no progress yet. Otherwise, a partial refund will be negotiated.
12) For complex commissions (head shot/bust, half body, or full body) I will send a sketch after payment. If approved, I will proceed with the commission and give process updates after each step.
13) Deadlines under 2 weeks require you to pay a deadline fee. Deadlines over 2 weeks have no fee, but please notify me of your deadline so I can prioritize!
14) Keep in mind that I may be unable to meet a deadline of less than 1 month for more complicated commissions.

- COMMISSION TYPES -

#1: Doodle Page
You choose 1–3 characters/subjects and I will give 6 simple drawings* (in varying sizes/detail) within the same canvas.
> Minimal detail, cheaper commission.
> 1 flat colour of your choice is used for all the drawings.
> No shading.
> White or grey background. You can ask for a .PNG file with a transparent background.
> No draft/critique stage; you get what you get!
*(i.e. if you pick 1 character, I will draw them 6 times. If you pick 3 characters, I will draw them each twice.)
Simple-shaped characters (e.g. Kirby) may get more than 6 drawings to make it fair.#2: Up to 4 simplified/chibi characters/animals
You choose up to 4 characters/subjects which I will draw in a simplified/chibi style within the same canvas. Characters can be interacting; just let me know!
> You can choose to repeat characters. Pricing will depend on how many drawings there are total.
> Character-accurate flat colours included for no extra fee.
> Minimal shading included for no extra fee.
> White or grey background. You can ask for a .PNG file with a transparent background.
> No draft/critique stage; you get what you get!#3: Characters without standard bodies &/or simple-shaped characters.
Detailed illustration of any character that wouldn’t fit in the typical “headshot/bust” or “half-body” categories.
> BASE PRICE IS FOR AN INKED ILLUSTRATION WITH NO COLOUR.
> Colour and shading must be added on for an extra fee.
Examples: Kirby (non-standard body), wormsona (simple-shaped)#4: All other characters
Detailed illustration of either a headshot/bust, half-body, or full-body.
> BASE PRICE IS FOR AN INKED ILLUSTRATION WITH NO COLOUR.

ALL PRICES ARE LISTED IN USD.
Payment only through PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi after I have confirmed your commission!You may only get a full refund IF your commission has not been started yet or has little progress. Partial refunds depend on the current stage of the commission.If you would like to commission something that does not fit the examples provided here, prices will be negotiated.
