Commission info

I provide 5 types of art commissions. Examples of my commission types can be viewed here.The commission form (at the end of this page) will provide examples of current brushes and shading styles!

- TERMS OF SERVICE -

GENERAL
- I have the right to decline or cancel/refund any commission for any reason.
- After submitting the form, I'll contact you to inform you whether I can accept your commission or not.* You will then pay upfront if accepted.
- Commissions are for personal use only.
- All posts of a commission must have proper credit to me (@sailorchips).
- If you would like your commission to NOT be posted online for any reason, please specify in your form submission.
- Commissions will be sent as .PNG file(s) via your preferred method (email is suggested for higher quality).
- You cannot sell commissioned art from me as NFTs; I don't sell NFTs myself.^{*If you receive no contact within 1 week of submitting the form, it likely did not go through. At that point, feel free to contact me to inquire about it!}COMPLETION TIME
- Commissions are usually completed within 2 weeks; if issues come up, at max 1–2 months.
- Commissions that aren't completed within 2 months can either be partially refunded* or continued upon request.
- *Full refunds are only applicable to commissions that have little to no progress yet.
- For all commission types except "Doodle Pages," I will send an uncleaned sketch after payment. If approved, I will proceed with the commission and give process updates after each step.
- Deadlines under 3 weeks require you to pay a deadline fee. Deadlines over 3 weeks have no fee, but please notify me of your deadline so I can prioritize!
- Keep in mind that I may be unable to meet a deadline of less than 1 month for more complicated commissions.

The term “character” can also include any non-living subjects!

#1: Doodle Page (square canvas full of simple doodles of 1–3 chosen characters)
_{Every canvas (1700x1700 pixels) will have a minimum of 15 doodles of varying sizes.
No draft/critique stage (unless I have questions) & are posted online after being sent to you.
Lineart will be 1–2 colours, also Includes 1 optional flat colour for no extra charge.}#2: Set of 4 subjects/characters
_{More detailed than Doodle Pages; all 4 characters are drawn on 1 canvas.
Any of the 4 subjects can be repeats (Ex: You can have the same character twice + 2 other characters).}#3: non-humanoid characters
_{Any character that doesn’t have a standard human anatomy.}#4: Humanoid character
_{Either headshot/bust, half-body, or full-body.}#5: Character design/reference
_{CURRENTLY EXPERIMENTAL: prices and exact content may vary.

ALL PRICES ARE LISTED IN USD.
Payment only through Paypal, Venmo, or Ko-fi after I have confirmed your commission!You may only get a full refund IF your commission has not been started yet or has little progress. Partial refunds depend on the current stage of the commission.If you would like to commission something that does not fit the examples provided here, prices will be negotiated.
