Commission info

I take commissions for 3 styles of illustrations! Each style is a different level of detail.I prefer if you fill out the form at the end of the page. DMs through Instagram are acceptable for simple commissions.

- TERMS OF SERVICE & INFO -

GENERAL
1) I have the right to decline or cancel/refund a commission for any reason.
2) Commissions by me are for personal use only and cannot be used for AI training or sold as NFTs.
3) All uses of a commission must have proper credit to me (@SailorChips).
4) I may post your commission publicly online; if you would like to avoid this for any reason, please let me know!
5) Commissions will be sent as .PNG file(s) via your preferred method (email is suggested for higher quality).
INITIAL PAYMENT
6) After submitting the form, I'll contact you to inform you whether I can do your commission or not.
7) You will pay upfront if your commission is accepted.
8) Deadlines under 2 weeks require you to pay a deadline fee. Deadlines over 2 weeks have no fee, but please notify me of your deadline so I can prioritize!
COMPLETION TIME
9) Commissions are usually completed within 1–2 weeks; maximum 1 month.
10) For complex commissions (head shot/bust, half body, or full body), I will send a sketch after payment. If approved, I will proceed and give process updates after each step.
REFUNDS
11) Commissions that are not completed within 1 month can either be refunded* or continued upon request. (Exception to the 1-month rule: complex/multi-file commissions.)
12) *Full refunds only apply to commissions with little to no progress. Otherwise, a partial refund will be negotiated.

- COMMISSION TYPES -

NOTE: “characters” can also refer to any subject you would like drawn.

#1: Doodle Page = least detail, cheapest commission
Choose 1–3 characters. I will give 6–10 simple drawings (in varying sizes/detail) within the same canvas. Ideal for simple-shaped characters (e.g. Pikmin, Kirby).
> You will always get at least 6 drawings; simpler characters will get more to make the price fair.
> 1 colour of your choice is used for all the drawings.
> No shading.
> White or grey background. You can ask for a transparent background.
> No draft/critique stage; you get what you get!#2: Simplified/Chibi = medium detail, fixed prices
Simplified/chibi style (e.g. dot eyes). Can include multiple characters interacting.
> Fixed price based on how many characters are drawn.
> Character-accurate flat colours included (no extra fee).
> Minimal shading included (no extra fee).
> White or grey background. You can ask for a transparent background.
> No draft/critique stage; you get what you get!#3: Non-standard bodies &/or simple-shaped characters. = most detail, variable prices
Detailed illustration of any character that wouldn’t fit in the typical “headshot/bust” or “half-body” categories.
> BASE PRICE IS FOR AN INKED ILLUSTRATION WITH NO COLOUR.
> Colour and shading must be added on for an extra fee.

Detailed illustration of either a headshot/bust, half-body, or full-body.

ALL PRICES ARE LISTED IN USD.
Payment only through PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-fi after I have confirmed your commission!Refunds depend on the current stage of the commission.
